We have reached a new milestone in the Brister household. Three nights ago was Jacob's first night in his "big boy bed." He was so excited to get in. Of course, transitioning his 17 stuffed animals helped smooth the ride as well. The move has gone off without a hitch. He loves his new bed!

jacob, we are SO PROUD of you - what an accomplishment! i can tell that your parents are a huge fan of the bedrails, just as we are - so excited that you are joining the big kiddos with a cool bed like that!!
Such a big boy you are! It warms my heart to know that you are sleeping in Pops' bed. Did you know that?? Your daddy use to sleep with a bed full of "friends" also although I'm not sure it was 17!
We can't wait to see you and Patrick: it won't be long now.

Ah, how I remember with my own this momentous occasion---going to big boy/girl bed...A real milestone for Jacob!..Y'all have a great week and thanks for all your updates and pictures...Precious boys!!
