The Brister foursome recently made its first family trip into the city of New Orleans. We took Jacob to the Children's Museum and he loved it. Some of the highlights: meeting McGruff the crime dog (picture not included), playing in the bubbles, and touring Mr. Rogers neighborhood. Oddly, he did not like the kids grocery store, which was Suzanne's favorite growing up. I was also fond of the grocery at the Pink Palace in Memphis, where I believe I took a field trip in elementary school.

I think the bubbles look like the most fun,and I would have LOVED to have toured Mr.Rogers neighborhood!!

I love Jacob's little red sandals. He looks like Christopher Robin from Winnie the Pooh! I think he may be a little embarrased in a few years..but dont tell Suzanne I said that ;>P
