Here are some of the pictures I promised earlier this week. My favorite is the one of him sitting on the white couch. This is our brand new couch that Suzanne has wanted for a couple of years. She has been proclaiming to anyone who will listen that Jacob, George, and I will NEVER sit on the couch and dirty it up. Well, guess who was first to sit on the couch! I have yet to try my luck, though (brownie points.)
Also, you will notice a lot of pointing. Jacob points at everything these days and says "Da...da." We used to think he was saying my name but have since figured it out. He's likely saying "that...that," due to us always asking him "Who is that?" or "What is that?"

Cute. Turns out that da da is just about the easiest phoneme for infants to say so they often start off with it. It may in fact have influenced the name we use for fathers.
Jacob,you are getting so big.Your Bebe and Pops miss you so much and can't wait until we see you soon.I'm so glad to see that you are still enjoying your car,and I love your hair in that picture. :-)

Hey..Little ones do usually say Dada before Mama--easier to say..He will develop his own language for a while, and it will be priceless..Jacob is growing up so fast and is precious...Love seeing the pictures..Hotty Toddy...
I love the one of him sitting on the new couch...he's like haha look who's sitting here now! These are so cute.
David here, that kid could not look any more like davis. I fully expected there to be a sound link to the last picture with him saying "Go Rebs". and not that i am in to dudes, but he is pretty cute too.
