Really Stupid Virus update

The day ended better than it began for Jacob. He woke up this morning coughing up a storm and not breathing well at all. This lasted all morning and afternoon.

Then, I got home from work around 5 and apparently brought all of my magical powers with me. Jacob immediately smiled and semi-returned to his normal self. He was breathing better, coughing less, and went down for the count at about 8:15. He's still in his carseat at this typing and I'm sure he'll end up in bed with us later.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers and hopefully they're all working!!!

We are glad to hear that Jacob may be on the mend! All of you have been in our thoughts and prayers. Jack is staying in all winter. I am so worried he may come into contact with RSV. I was nervous having to take him to the doctor's office for his two week check-up. Just know that when you are up with him all night, I'm probably sitting up with Jack. I have the late night t.v. schedule memorized! Good luck. I hope he continues to get better.

Hello Bristers...I hope this note finds Jacob much better..I saw Bebe and Pops at choir practice tonight, but I didn't get to visit with them to ask how Jacob was and about their trip to Dallas..What a game!!..I pray Jacob is soon back to good health...It is terrible when your child is sick, and there is so very little you can do but hold them and try to give them comfort..Hope next update from you is a good one...God bless your family...Marsha

Glad to hear that Jacob is doing better...that RSV is so scary...I can't believe how many babies get it! I have some friends here in Brookhaven that are dealing with it now, all the breathing treatments, etc...so hard. Hope that he gets over it soon! Lissa
