What's that? It's been how long since I've posted? Sorry, truly I haven't been in picture taking mood during this important time where Jacob is progressing by the minute. I promise to post some updates this week and we'll start here.

Notice the youngsters outfit. It was made by mommy who has been taking sewing lessons for the past five weeks! I'd say she's learned alot!

I couldn't get this one to work the other night but it appears to be fine now.

Here are some of Jacob's "tricks" that he's learned over time. He's been waving for quite some time but is fine tuning it in this video. I guess drinking out of a bottle is one of his newest routines. He's been doing that for a few weeks but just recently learned how to turn the bottle all the way up for liquid refreshment.

Happy Mother's Day!

I do not have a special mother's day picture to share so I thought I would share one that Nicole Parnell took the other day at the Water Fountains in Old Mandeville. This is Jacob's first taste of the water. As you can see, he thoroughly enjoyed it. Happy Mother's Day to all you mom's out there!

An End to the Myths

Much like US Weekly magazine, we sometimes feel the need to put an end to false rumors out there. One such rumor is that Jacob is ALWAYS a happy baby. Truth is...he is only happy about 98.3 percent of the time. Witness Exhibits A and B...

 

 

Sweep!

A couple of people in this household are pretty pumped about Ole Miss baseball right now and another is likely not aware that it's still baseball season. I'll let you figure it out!!!
